Located near to Broad Street, Brindley Place and Sherborne Loop canal, the third and final phase of the Sherborne Wharf Masterplan was granted planning consent in February 2018. The
canal-side development included 87 new apartments over 3-10 storeys and the refurbishment of the art deco Psonex House.
