An initial feasibility study explored the available redevelopment options for vacant / surplus elements of the Royal Mail depot in Sutton Coldfield. This led to a detailed design proposal and Full Planning application to create a modern and efficient Royal Mail Delivery Office that can continue to serve the needs of the surrounding community,

whilst also utilising the vacant / surplus areas of the site to create a well-designed, vibrant community of family housing. The residential element of the site was developed by Bloor Homes and completed in 2015.
