A phased mixed-use masterplan for a brownfield site on the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon town centre. The uses included family housing, apartments, crèche, hotel, offices and care home. Access routes were located, block sizes set out and building massings defined. Following internal

viability review and adjustment, pre-application discussions with the LPA and public consultation exercises. An outline planning application was submitted and approved in 2007.
