Complex Development Projects have been working with Warwick District Council for a number of years now to deliver an ambitious masterplan to regenerate the Old Town of Leamington Spa as a new Creative Quarter. Spencer Yard was identified as having the most potential to kick start the regeneration of the area in the first phase of development. l As part of the

masterplan, we looked specifically at the structures identified in the Spencer Yard location with a bias towards retention of creative professionals in the area by providing flexible office / business environments with a creative focus.
