This regeneration project for Cordia incorporated a wide range of building types, including The Gothic, a former pub built in the late 1870s. The redevelopment secured the future of the two listed buildings

on the site and provides 14 apartments and duplexes, as well as commercial units at ground floor level. Work completed in September 2022.
