Gilder’s Yard was a complex regeneration project for Grainger. Located within the Jewellery Quarter conservation area. A number of redundant industrial workshops including the Grade II* listed Ashford & Sons
(pictured above) building were converted alongside new accommodation. The scheme provides 158 residential apartments plus commercial units.
