Grade II Listed, this L-shaped site on Princip Street was a brass foundry in the 19th century but has had many different uses since. The current proposals include the conversion of a number of
existing buildings along with the creation of new build apartments and townhouses overlooking the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal.
